Operations

Voice-activated recording(VOR/VOS),the level can be adjusted. Three recording scenes can be choose.

Setting Mode

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button under the main menu to select Setting Mode,press the “ ”” button then enter into it, press the “ ” button to return from Setting Mode.

System Time

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to enter into the System Time. After that press the “” button to select the part which you want to adjust, then press the “+/-” button to set the specific time. In the end, press the “” button to save and exit.

Password

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to select the part which you want to adjust, then press the “+/-” button to set the number. After that press the “” button to save and exit. Password is required when turn on the recorder or connected to PC once password set successful. When the password is “0000” , it means the password is not required.

Factory Reset

Under the above menu ,press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to enter into,press the “” button or the “+/- ” button to set the parameter,then press the “” button to confirm or press the

" product-Hnsat-img-4 " button to return.

One Key Recording

After turning on the recorder push the REC button up then it will start recording, and you can pause it by press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button.Push the REC button down to save the recording file.

After continue recording two hours,the recorder will save the recording file automatically then move on to the next recording. Telephone Recording:

Equipment Connection:please connect the telephone line and the telephone connection line(included in the accessories) into the adapter as the above picture: Recording operation:operate as the one key recording steps.

Other Operations

Long press power button about 2 seconds, the device will turn on and boot into standby state after vibrate a time (the indicator light becomes red and always bright).

Long press power button again to turn off the device, it will vibrate twice and the red light is extinguished.

Recording Menu

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to choose the Recordings mode under the main menu,and then press the “” button to enter into. It will be shown as below: Recordings library: save the recording files,please press “” button to play the recording files. Recording quality: select the recording bit rate. Avr set:(VOR/VOS):VOR closed &VOR opened(adjustment level 1-9) Recording scene:Long range scene & Normal scene&Meeting scene Monitor volume:Monitor volume level setting 1-40. Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to enter into the above menu,and then press the “” button or the “+/-” button to set the parameters and press again the “” button to confirm or press the " "button to return.

Recordings Playback

After recording and saving the files,it can be played directly by pressing the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button.

Playback Pause

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to pause, press again to start playback. Recording Selections, Fast Forward, Rewind. In the playback state, short press the “” button to shift the files to the previous or the next recording file.Long press the “” button for fast backward or rewind while playing.

Volume Adjustment

In the playback state, press the “+/-” button to adjust the volume.

Music Mode

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button under the main menu to select Music mode. Press the “” button to enter into it , press again the “” button to play, the screen is shown as below.

PC Connection

With built-in rechargeable polymer lithium battery,the recorder can be used as USB flash disk and charging automatically while connecting with computer.It will take about 2-3 hours to finish charging on computer,and it will stop charging automatically when the battery is full of power. After a fully charged,the continuous recording time is as below: about 75 hours at the recording bit rate of 128Kbps; about 70 hours at the recording bit rate of 512Kbps

about 45hours at the recording bit rate of 1024Kbps. After finishing the operation,please remove the USB device safely by click the USB device icon at the right bottom of the desktop,then disconnect the recorder with the PC.

Press the “ product-Hnsat-img-4 ” button to remove USB during charging,then the device will be recording and charging at same time.

Precautions

In order to avoid accidents, please read User Manual carefully before operations.

1.Please don’t put the device at the place where is in the high temperature、damp or dust situation.

2.Please handle the device carefully, avoiding strong collision or fall.

3.Please backup files regularly on the computer to avoid data loss which may be caused by wrong operations or breakdown of the machine.

4.We are not responsible for the recording failures which caused by wrong operations or damage of the recorder.

5.When the device stop working , try to press “” button about 15seconds to reset it.

6.Please do not disassemble or replace the inner parts by yourself. Please backup files before sending for repair. We are not responsible for the information loss which caused by maintenance.

7.We are not responsible for the user's recording without others' approval.

8.We endeavor to ensure the manual's integrity. For technical and other reasons, if the contents do not match , please take recorder as standard
