Turn on / off

Turn on:

Push the power switch（OFF/ON）to “ON” side. The screen will lighten up, the recorder is turned on. In the power-off condition, Long time press

button, the screen is lighted up and "ON" shows on it, the recorder turns on.

Turn off:

Push the power switch（OFF/ON）to “OFF” side. The screen shows “OFF” and the recorder turns off. In any standby condition, long time press

button, the screen shows “OFF” and the recorder turns off. The recorder will automatically turn off if there is no further operation in two minutes.

Power-off condition: Turn off the recorder without turning the power switch off.

Operations

Voice-activated recording(VOR/VOS),the level can be adjusted. Three recording scenes can be choose.

Mobile Phone Bluetooth Connection

Turn the switch to product-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-Hnsat-img-4 , it displays connecting condition .

Turn on the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone, and then search HNSAT. Connect your mobile phone with HNSAT. Please enter 0000 if there is any password needed on your mobile phone. Otherwise you can connect it directly. Then it will display product-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-Hnsat-img-4 .

Mobile Phone Answering And Redialing

Long time presses product-Hnsat-img-4 call back, short time press answer. You can listen to opposite side’s voice with earphone. Opposite side could listen to your voice if you speaking to the recorder. Pressing the “+”or “-” to select the volume according to your need.

Mobile Phone Record

Press product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-4 button start recording during the dialogue. Press product-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-Hnsat-img-5 button pause recording, repress to continue recording. Pressing button to stop and it is saved. The recording files will save in folder D automatically. Attention: Press product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-4 button means normal recording if no message.

Fast Forward/Backward

Press product-Hnsat-img-5 button for last file when recording is playing. Press product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 button for next one. Long time press or for fast backward or forward while playing.

Insert TF Card

After insert the TF card and turn on the device, if you want to store recording files on TF card, please select the “Storage - External Memory” under the menu of “Recordings” mode Pressing down the TF card lightly after turn off the device, it will pop out automatically. Supports 128MB—8GB TF card.

Long-time press “M” button to enter the main menu at standby condition. The screen of the main menu display as follows:

Other Operations

Long press power button about 2 seconds, the device will turn on and boot into standby state after vibrate a time (the indicator light becomes red and always bright).

Long press power button again to turn off the device, it will vibrate twice and the red light is extinguished.

Recordings Mode

Press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 buttons at the main menu interface to select “Recordings” mode. Press “M” button to enter into it. Then press / buttons to choose “Start Recording” and press “M” button again to start . Press button to stop and save the recording file.The screen of recordings mode display as below:

Recording Menu

Choose “Recordings” mode ,and press”M”button to enter into the Recordings Menu.Then press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 button to set it. Start Recording: After choose “Start Recording”,press“M”button to start recording voice.

Storage (Displayed after insert TF card ): the recording files could be saved in Internal or External Memory. Record mode: Normal, AVR((VOR/VOS). AVR adjustment: 1-31 (Adjust the sensitivity of VAR, the higher the AVR level, the outside sound must be louder enough, otherwise it will stop recording, meanwhile the VOS icon will flash continuously). Record type: LP: long-time recording Mp3 format, 32Kbps; SP: standard recording; Mp3 format, 128Kbps. HQ:high quality recording PCM format, 768Kbps. SHQ:super quality and high fidelity recording PCM format, 1536Kbps. Folder select: A, B, C. you can save the recording files separately. Monitor volume: press the “+”or “-” to select the volume,listening with earphone when the recording is proceeding, you can hear what you are recording. Press “M” button to enter into the above menu. Pressing product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 button to set different parameters and repress “M” button then return to the main menu.

Voice Mode

Precautions

Settings Mode: Press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 buttons at the main menu interface to select “Settings” Mode. Press “M” button to confirm your selection. Long time press “M” button to return to main menu.

Backlight Timer: 0-60：0 is to keep backlight on. You can select 1 to 60 seconds. The backlight will turn off automatically after set time.

Language: Czech, Greek, English, Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Hungarian, Dutch, Norwegian,Polish,Portuguese,Brazilian Portuguese,Russian,Slovak,Finnish, Swedish,Turkish,Simplified Chinese,Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hebrew, Arabic, Thai, Romanian, Indonesian.

Power off Set: Power saving: 0-120second. Sleep timer: 0-60 minute

Set Contrast: 0-15：adjust the contrast of screen.

Disk Space: Available space and total space of the internal or external memory.

Set Password: “0000”means there is on password needed when the recorder connect with the PC. Press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 to select the part you want to adjust, the part which is selected will twinkle continuously, press “+” or “-” to adjust the number. Then press “M” button to save and return to main menu. The recorder needs input password after the password setting.

Timer Recording-Auto Record(Scheduled Recording time). Auto Record on/off. Select start time. End time. Press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 button to select the part you want to adjust, the selected part will be highlighted, press “+” or “-” button to adjust the time. Then press “M” button to save and return to the main menu. Auto Record cycle. Once: Record voice one time automatically according to the setting time. Daily: Record automatically every day according to the setting time. Work day: Record automatically from Monday to Friday according to the setting time. Press “M” button enter into the “Auto record cycle”. Press product-Hnsat-img-5 / product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-5 button to select . Press “M” button to confirm your selection. Press product-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-Hnsat-img-5 button return to the main menu. product-Hnsat-img-11 Timed recording function is available under the soft shut-down condition or the standby condition. Please ensure that the battery power is enough and do not turn off the device.

Bluetooth auto recording On: Bluetooth recording automatically when talk on cell phone. Off: Bluetooth not recording automatically when talk on cell phone, need to press product-Hnsat-DVR-188 high quality voice recorder device-img-4 button to start it.. Format device. Format the internal memory. Factory data reset. Restore the factory settings. Hardware version. The date of creating the software and it’s version.

Connect with computer With built-in rechargeable heavy-duty polymer lithium battery, the recorder can use as USB flash disk and charging automatically when connecting with computer. It will stop charging when the power is full about 3-4 hours later. Attention: please push the power switch before charging. Then the computer could distinguish the electric quantity exactly. Press the right mouth button on the popping icon when you finish the operation. Please follow the prompt of the computer.
