 1.Why the voice recorder can't be recognized by PC?

RE:Please turn off the recorder before connect to the PC,when it's turn on,the device can't be recognized by PC.

2.If the recorder not working,if I turn on the recorder,the indicator light always red what should I do?

RE:When the device stop working during operations, please press the power button about 15 seconds to reset and restart the device.
